I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a larger balcony that was a nice touch. However, the place is in desperate need of renovation with outdated furnishings that could use an upgrade. The service was exceptional, with a warm welcome and friendly, accommodating staff. The location was the highlight, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Unfortunately, the dining experience left much to be desired, with lackluster breakfast options and over-reliance on microwaved dishes.
The hotel room was very cozy and inviting, with everything perfectly clean. It would have been great if my room overlooked that beautiful lake, but instead, it faced the parking area; still, I must say it was a wonderful room in a lovely hotel.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The wood floors in the rooms made a huge difference for my allergies, and my balcony overlooking the water feature was a wonderful touch. The service was top-notch, and the location was so convenient for exploring the area.
